An elegant carrot-raisin salad
Yield: 4 servings
2 | cups | grated carrot (4 large carrots) | |

1/2 | cup | Sun-Maid Seedless Raisins | |
|
|||
1 | can | (13 1/4-oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | instant minced onion | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | prepared mustard | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | celery seed | |
|
Pare and cut carrots into chunks. Whirl (dry) in blender until grated. Combine all ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups.
